Eldridge Estate of Red Hill

Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

Eldridge Estate of Red Hill - Mornington PeninsulaDavid & Wendy Lloyd purchased this most picturesque of vineyards in 1995 which features some of the most spectacular views of the Mornington Peninsula. The vineyard is 225 meters above sea level and is on rich terra rossa volcanic loam on a northerly facing slope hence sheltering it from harsh winds and allowing a long cool ripening period.

The vines are trellised in the Scott Henry system of canopy management to provide the best possible flavour development and now comprises 5 clones of Pinot Noir and 4 clones of Chardonnay; all wines are in very limited supply:

We have very limited stocks of both Pinot and Gamay and reasonable stocks of Chardonnay and Sparking to hand
