Since 1837, six generations of wine makers have carried on the tradition passionately in the Vinnet family. Located in Béziers in the heart of the Languedoc, the domain, rich in its traditional knowledge of winemaking, is incorporating modern techniques. Gustave and Mari Vinnet are today perpetuating this family tradition. Covering 86 hectares, the vineyards have a great diversity of soils.

Champagne, France

Edmond Barnaut was one of the first pioneers in Champagne to create his own brand outside of the controlling centers of Epernay and Reims. In 1874 he set up shop in Bouzy, where he owned vines and where he married Appoline Godmé-Barancourt (there’s a name!), heiress to additional vineyards in the village.

Barnaut’s annual production is roughly 120,000 bottles, or 10,000 12-pack cases (summary via vintage 59)

Joseph Loriot-Pagel vineyard divides into 4 villages of the Marne Valley : Festigny, Mareuil le Port, Nesle Le Respons, Le Breuil and 2 villages of La Côte des Blancs : Cramant and Avize that are a part of the vineyard planted by Roger Pagel. The whole area of the winery is equal to 8 ha 35.

 Ay is located a few kilometres north of Epernay in the heart of Champagne and is home to the well-known Champagne houses of Bollinger, Gossett and Deutz.
